Seating varies a lot at Lincoln Drill Hall – some events are allocated (numbered) seating from the plan (click the link to the right to see our seating plan) whilst others are ‘unreserved’ which means you’ll be able to sit wherever you like or standing gigs which are obviously not seated at all. There are no restricted view seats for sale online and if you call us or pop in to book your tickets we’ll always make you aware of any viewing issues.
A £1 booking fee will be applied to all online transactions. It is not charged per ticket.
Tickets can be reserved without payment over the phone. Payment must be made within 3 working days or half an hour before the performance, whichever is sooner. *Please note: if you don’t confirm (by paying for your tickets) within the reservation period, the tickets will be released for sale.
Concessions are available on some events – they’re displayed amongst the prices listed for the event, so £12/£10 would mean that £12 is the full price and £10 is the concession rate. We offer concessions to children (under 16,) Senior Citizens (60+), Disabled patrons and their carers, people in receipt of income support/incapacity benefit and/or job seekers allowance and students in full time further education.
*Please note that for their own safety, children under 14 will not be allowed to come to an event unaccompanied by an adult.
*Babies under 2 will not need a ticket as they’re not taking up a seat. Please remember to tell us they’re coming though for reasons of health & safety.
*Please check with the box office to see which concessions are available on events and please be prepared to show valid ID to support your eligibility for the concession.
Please contact the box office on 01522 873894 or email@example.com to book wheelchair places or to make specific seating requests for events that are unreserved. Disabled patrons and their carers are eligible for concessions on most events.
For groups of 10+ please contact the box office on 01522 873894 or firstname.lastname@example.org to book as there may be discounts available. Our standard group discount is 1 ticket free for every 10 purchased but please check with the box office as this rate only applies to certain events.
Our online booking service is provided by Spektrix and uses the the very latest security systems, which ensure that your credit card details and personal data are protected. You’ll get a confirmation email for your online booking – please bring this with you if you’re collecting tickets. If you don’t receive an email, please contact email@example.com
You can choose to have your tickets posted for an additional £1 (per transaction,) you can print them at home (1 page per ticket which can be printed in colour or black and white,) or you’re welcome to collect them from the box office which is free. If the performance is less than a week away the tickets will automatically be held at the box office for your collection. If your tickets haven’t arrived please contact the box office as soon as possible on 01522 873894 or firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also contact us by sending us a message from our Facebook page We will confirm your booking and arrange duplicate tickets which will be available to collect from the box office from 1hr prior to the performance.
*Please note: in the event that your tickets have been posted but haven’t arrived, we’re sorry but we are unable to post a replacement set. The re-printed tickets will remain at the box office and can be collected from 1 hr prior to the event upon confirmation of your identity. This is to prevent the possibility of any lost/stolen tickets being used fraudulently.
We’re sorry but we can’t refund or exchange tickets once purchased. We can offer to try to re-sell any unwanted tickets if the event is sold out. There’s a £2 fee for this service which will be deducted from the total monies returned to you if your tickets are re-sold. If your tickets are successfully re-sold we will email you so please ensure we have a valid email address for you. We will not contact customers unless their tickets have been re-sold. It is your responsibility to come and collect the money from the box office – we’re open from 10am-5pm Mon-Sat and from 1hr prior to any performance. Please note however that there is no guarantee your tickets will be re-sold.
