Two of the UKs premier Folk Rock acts combine for this double headline concert, profits from which will go to JJ’s Memorial Fund which raises money towards helping injured Paratroopers and their families www.jjsmemorialfund.org With a potent mix of electric and acoustic instruments and the emotive sound of the great highland bagpipe, Something Nasty in the Woodshed play a mix of self-penned storybook songs and revamped traditional themes and deliver a gut punching sound! Oxfordshire based Leatherat have shared stages with such diverse acts as the Levellers, The Stranglers and even Status Quo and in 2010 performed at the Cropredy Festival. The band have a contemporary style but with a traditional flavour, describing themselves as ‘The love child of Fairport Convention and Motorhead’…
