The Box Office

Our Box Office is open for advance bookings made in person or over the telephone from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm. We then re-open one hour before evening events for ticket collections and on-the-door sales for that performance only. When events are held on Sundays or Bank Holidays we open one hour before the start of the performance. Please note: the box office phone will not be answered after 5pm.

Customers on our mailing list will only receive information on events being presented by Lincoln Drill Hall, by the City Of Lincoln Council’s Events Team or other events for which the Drill Hall is acting as ticket agent.

How to Book

There are several options available to you when booking tickets for events at Lincoln Drill Hall.

By Phone Call 01522 873894 10am-5pm Monday to Saturday – Credit / Debit card bookings and reservations only. Please note that there is a £1.50 charge per transaction (not per ticket) for credit & debit card bookings.

Please note we are unable to accept cheques as payment for tickets any longer.

Reservations Tickets can be provisionally reserved over the phone for some events. Payment must be made within 3 working days or half an hour before the performance, whichever is sooner. *Please note: failure to confirm within the reservation period will result in the tickets being released for sale.

Refunds Policy

Lincoln Drill Hall operates a No Refunds Policy, however if an event is sold out we will try to resell unwanted tickets on your behalf. If resold, there is a £2 resale fee which will be deducted from the total monies returned to you.

Accessibility

The Box Office, Cafe/Bar and Auditorium are all on the ground floor and easily accessible and there is lift access to both the Abbey and Ruston Rooms. There are several spaces available within the main auditorium for wheelchairs. Please let the Box Office know in advance if you wish to reserve a wheelchair space and if you require an adjoining seat for a companion. For any patrons with hearing difficulties, infra red transmission sets are available – please inform the Box Office Staff if you require a set when booking tickets as only a limited number are available.

Parking

The venue itself has no parking, but the Broadgate multi-storey car park has 450 spaces and lies within 250 meters of the back of the building. It is open 24-hours a day and patrolled until midnight, with access from St. Rumbold Street. An evening ticket now costs just 50p from 6:00pm onwards.

There is also an NCP car park with 70 spaces situated next to the venue on Free School Lane.
