Hire Charges

All charges are inclusive of technical support and in-house equipment (subject to availability). All charges will have VAT added at 20%

Weekend Supplements

Weekend hires will be subject to a supplement of 20% for Saturday bookings & 35% for Sunday & Bank Holiday bookings.

Tickets

Lincoln Drill Hall operates the Databox Ticketing System and offers a full ticketing service to all hirers. The venue is also able to sell tickets for events taking place elsewhere. A 10% commission is charged for this service.

Other Additional Costs

Extra charges incurred by the venue due to hirer’s requests / needs (e.g. extra technical assistance, additional security etc) will be passed on in full to the hirer with a 20% handling charge.

Discounts

5% discounts are available for 5 or more bookings in a 6 month period, or for 3 or more bookings on consecutive nights. A full breakdown of definitions & discounts is detailed below:

Category Definitions

¹ Commercial [private / profit-making]

Includes private events and events organised by commercial profit-making organisations.

Examples include:

• Events / Concerts / Meetings for commercial organisations & private companies
• Record/Trade/Craft Fairs
• Private Parties
• Commercial Exhibitions, Conferences etc.

• Profit making events / organisations.

² Community [not-for-profit, charitable, voluntary]

Includes events staged by not-for-profit, charitable and community organisations, or for which the proceeds are donated to charity.

Examples include:

• Registered Charities
• Educational Establishments
• Local Authorities
• Non-commercial cultural organisations
• Voluntary & Community Organisations

• Charity Fundraising Events

Cancellations

Please note that a charge will be made for cancellations.
