Room Hire: Room Hiring & Facilities

Lincoln Drill Hall is situated right in the heart of Lincoln city centre. Our range of great spaces and top level facilities means we can accommodate everything from private parties, wedding receptions and performances to business meetings, conferences, training events and corporate hospitality. We also have an extremely friendly and ‘can do’ team, able to respond to your requirements and provide the support you need to make your event a success.

Please note: while we love to welcome your events, sometimes we might not be able to squeeze you in. Please don’t feel unwanted though – it’s just that we’re a thriving community venue bursting with activity.

Spaces within the venue available to hire include:

• The Auditorium

• The Room Upstairs and The Abbey Room, two large rehearsal/meeting rooms

• The Green Room and The Blue Room, available for smaller studio rehearsals and meetings

• The Armoury Cafe/Bar

It is even possible to show films as a DVD projection on our 4×3 metre screen. All rooms are furnished to a high standard and the Auditorium and The Room Upstairs are equipped with superb presentation facilities, lighting and sound systems.
