Lincoln Drill Hall is a little different to your average arts venue. For starters, we’re housed in a late Victorian military building! Here’s a brief introduction to our performance spaces.
Our versatile main house usually holds an audience of 365 and there’s a clear view from all seats. For standing gigs we remove them altogether and for some events the flat floor section is replaced with cabaret style seating.
Will it be the same price wherever I sit?
For some events, yes. However from our Spring 2018 season we’ll be splitting our auditorium into three price bands for most events, based on booking patterns. Our ticket prices will often change as the theatre fills and by booking early and taking advantage of any offers, you can be sure to grab your seats at the very best price. For wheelchair users, tickets will match the most affordable price band available at each stage of sale. For their companions/carers, tickets will always be £12. Under 26yr olds pay just £12 anywhere in the auditorium (subject to availability.) Look out for Season Tickets (available from November 2017) to get the best deals!
Why are the front seats cheaper?
Performers love seeing your smiling faces and we love to reward you for booking early with a wonderful atmosphere! We also believe there should be accessible priced tickets for all so from our Spring 2018 season you’ll always find over 1500 tickets at £12 or less… you just have to book early to get them!
Can I book the back row?
Sometimes, seats nearer the back of the auditorium may be held off sale until the seats nearer the front have been sold. This is to make sure both the performers and the audience have the best time by creating the right atmosphere but if you have a specific access requirement please contact our Box Office to discuss your booking.
